Terms of Use

1. What these terms cover

These terms apply to your use of this visitor pre-registration site and to the entry code it issues you. By submitting the registration form you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not register here — you can still enquire about attending by writing to aseanceramics@mmiasia.com.sg.

2. Who may register

This is a trade event. Registration is intended for business visitors aged 18 or over. We may decline or revoke a registration that appears to be made by someone under 18, or that is not for a genuine business purpose.

3. Give us accurate information

Please register only for yourself, and give details that are correct and current. Your badge is issued in the name you enter here. If you need to register colleagues, each person should complete their own form — a badge is personal to one visitor.

4. Your entry code and badge

• Your entry code and its QR are personal and non-transferable. Do not share, sell, copy or publish them.
• Treat the code like a ticket. Anyone holding it may be able to collect your badge, so keep the confirmation email to yourself.
• We may void a code that has been shared, duplicated, or obtained by giving false information.
• If you lose your code, contact us rather than registering a second time.

5. Admission

Registration confirms your entry code; it does not create an unconditional right of entry. Admission is subject to the venue’s rules and to the organizer’s discretion, including the right to refuse or remove a visitor for safety reasons or for behaviour that disrupts the event. Photo identification may be requested at the entrance.

6. Changes to the event

Dates, opening hours, the conference programme, speakers and the exhibitor list may change. We will publish changes as early as we can, but we are not liable for travel, accommodation or other costs you incur if the event is changed, postponed or cancelled for reasons outside our reasonable control.

7. Using this site

Please do not attempt to submit registrations automatically, probe the entry-code space, disrupt the service, or access data that is not yours. The form applies rate limits, and we may block access that appears abusive.

8. Content and trade marks

The names, logos and materials shown on this site belong to the organizer or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.

9. Your data

How we handle the information you enter is set out in our privacy notice, which forms part of these terms. You can ask for a copy of your data, or ask us to delete it, using the data request form.

10. Liability

We provide this registration site as it is. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, where the exhibition is held.
